I’m Mama Ingridience, and my kitchen smells like home — pilau simmering in cardamom and cloves, chapati turning golden on the pan, chai warming on the stove.

I grew up around a full table, where food was how we said welcome, I love you, and stay a little longer. Now here in Las Vegas, I cook the East African dishes we were raised on and carry them to you and the people you love — a taste of home, far from home.

Everything is made fresh from scratch. Nothing frozen, nothing rushed — just good food, cooked with the patience it deserves.
